Privacy Policy
How Atlas Customer & Staff collects, uses and protects personal data, in plain English.
1. Who is responsible for your data
K4o5 Ltd (company number 07071390), registered in England and Wales, trading as Atlas Customer & Staff and Atlas CS is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, and acts as a processor of the personal data you store in your own Atlas CS workspace.
2. What we collect
Through this website: the details you give us when you ask a question or request a demo, basic technical data such as your browser and device, and messages you send to the Ask Atlas assistant.
Through the service: account details for your staff and customers, and the records, documents and credentials your business chooses to store. We only process these on your behalf and on your instructions.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
To reply to you and provide the service (contract and legitimate interests), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations (legal obligation), and to send updates you have asked for (consent).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the contents of your workspace to train third party models.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email and payment providers, under contracts that protect your data. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Where it is stored and how long we keep it
We aim to keep data in the UK or in countries covered by UK data protection adequacy rules, and use approved safeguards where data is transferred elsewhere.
Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards. Workspace data is kept for as long as your subscription runs, and deleted in line with the Terms and Conditions when it ends.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the website. We only use analytics or marketing cookies if you agree through Your Privacy Choices, and you can change your mind at any time.
