Granular Access
Choose exactly what each person can see and do, module by module.
Permissions you can tick, not a fixed ladder
Instead of squeezing everyone into three levels, Atlas lets you choose what each person can reach when you onboard them: which modules, and which actions inside each one, such as view, create, edit, reveal or delete.
Starter roles are there to save time, from user and manager through head of department and director to admin, and every one of them can be adjusted person by person.
Move people without starting again
When someone changes team, add or remove modules in a few taps. Their access follows their role, not the day they joined, and someone leaving can be switched off in one place.
Sensitive actions, such as revealing a credential, changing account settings or viewing the full audit trail, stay with the people you name.
Safer as the team grows
A small team can hold access in its head. A growing one cannot. Granular permissions mean a new starter gets what their work requires and the platform keeps the rest out of reach.
Combined with the audit trail, every action is answerable, so access control is something you can demonstrate rather than just assert.
